7-day return window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Eligibility

Shirts must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

Items damaged through wear, washing or alteration, and items marked as final sale, are not eligible.

How to request a return

Email us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. We will reply with return instructions.

Please pack the shirt securely. Once it reaches us, it is inspected within 3–5 working days.

Refunds & exchanges

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after inspection.

Exchanges for a different size are subject to stock availability. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

(05)

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
